1. What InfraNexus is
InfraNexus (infranexus.com.vn) is a web application for documenting network and AV infrastructure: buildings, floors, rooms, racks, switches, patch panels, wall outlets, assets and technical requests. It is provided by INTEKCO to its own staff and to customer organizations under a service agreement.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google or by email one-time code, we receive your email address, name and profile picture (if provided by Google). We use it only to identify you, to assign you to your organization and to record who made changes.
Infrastructure data. The buildings, devices, cabling, photos and requests that you or your organization enter into InfraNexus. This data belongs to your organization.
Technical logs. Standard access logs (IP address, browser, time of access) kept for security and abuse prevention, and an audit trail of changes made in the application.
3. How we use it
To operate the service, to control access (each organization sees only its own sites and those of the organizations it manages), to support you when you ask for help, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Data security
Data is protected by access control on every record and encrypted in transit. Only authorized personnel may access systems, and only for operating and supporting the service.
5. Sharing
Your data is visible to members of your organization according to the roles set by your administrator, and to the organization that manages yours (for example INTEKCO for its direct customers) for support purposes. We do not share it with anyone else except when required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
Infrastructure data is kept for as long as your organization uses the service. Audit records are kept for 12 months. An organization administrator can ask INTEKCO to export or delete their data at any time by contacting the address below.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do so, contact your organization administrator or INTEKCO directly.
