InfraNexusTerms of Service
1. The service
InfraNexus is provided by INTEKCO Co., Ltd. ("INTEKCO") to organizations that have a service agreement with INTEKCO or with an INTEKCO partner. Access is granted by invitation from an organization administrator.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method (Google account or email) secure and for all activity under your account. Tell your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Your data
Infrastructure data entered into InfraNexus belongs to the organization that entered it. INTEKCO processes it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The organization that manages yours may view your sites and, when you request support, make changes on your behalf; such changes are recorded in the audit trail.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use InfraNexus to store data you are not entitled to store, to attempt access to other organizations' data, or to interfere with the service. INTEKCO may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Availability and changes
INTEKCO aims to keep the service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added or changed; material changes to these terms will be announced in the application.
6. Liability
InfraNexus is a documentation tool. It does not monitor live equipment, and information in it is only as accurate as what users enter. INTEKCO is not liable for decisions made on the basis of data in the application, except as required by Vietnamese law.
