Device lists usually live in spreadsheets that nobody updates after installation. When a camera goes offline or a printer must be moved, the team has to guess which room it is in and which cable feeds it.

Every device type

IP cameras, NVRs, PCs, printers, Wi-Fi access points, IP phones, displays, projectors, speakers, door controllers, sensors and more.

Full identity

Vendor, model, serial, MAC, IP, hostname, firmware and status — with photos taken on site.

Scan the label

Scan the device label with a phone camera to fill serial, MAC and code automatically.

Placed on the drawing

Each device is placed in its room on the floor plan, so anyone can find it on site.

Connected end to end

Pick the outlet it plugs into; the patch panel and switch port are known from the rack.

IP plan checks

The IP address is checked against the VLAN plan, with free addresses suggested.

Questions

Can I import our existing device list?

Yes. During deployment we import your current registers, and devices can be added or edited any time from desktop or phone.

Does it replace a network monitoring tool?

No. InfraNexus documents where each device is and how it is connected; it complements monitoring tools that watch whether devices are online.

Can technicians update records on site?

Yes. It runs in the phone browser: scan the label, take a photo and save — the change is visible to everyone immediately.
